About the role
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, acquiring new merchants, and expanding our customer base. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Onward can improve their profitability and deliver an enhanced customer experience. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while working closely with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a seamless merchant experience.
